  Blanca was helpful, professional and attentive always. We feel that she was not only knowledgeable in the house market, she was passionate, genuine and was honest. She was very easy to work with and was always willing to answer our questions. She ensured that we understood every step of the process and everything was clear and because of that we felt confident in the purchase that we were making specially with it being the biggest decisions that someone makes in their life. Going in and being a first-time home buyer is naturally a scary experience and what we ended up thinking would be stressful ended up being a more pleasant experience then we thought it could be. Not only do we have a real estate that we can trust we also have a friend now.

  Blanca was great, really helping us and going the extra mile in our fairly complex house purchase. Beyond the help she provided in finding a highly desirable house at a reasonable price, she was instrumental in getting our offer accepted and the escrow closed. In order to make our offer more attractive against competing offers she helped us structure it with a lease-back so the sellers' children could finish the school year, which is what ultimately led to our offer being selected. She deftly handled some unique situations through escrow, and held our hand throughout the closing process. We wouldn't have our dream home had it not been for Blanca.

Blanca is an expert in the local market, and she is very skilled in managing the difficulties of a highly competitive market. She understood our needs and desires, and her search was very well targeted. Blanca did a particularly great job in negotiating a lower sale price for me, saving me $12,000. She was always very responsive to my questions, and she was able to expedite the purchase to get us moved in on a tight schedule. I am very glad to have found her!

  I am a buyer & a seller. With Blanca's expertise, advice, and tips we were able to sell our condo in ONE hour!. As a buyer, I can look for the house I want, I don't need much help with that, the internet makes it easy. Where Blanca's expertise comes in is behind the scenes. Realtors have a LOT of "behind the scenes" work , more than I ever knew. Blanca knows all the ins & outs of negotiation and really fought for us every step of the way until we found our dream home. She also understands all the legalities and details of real estate, a MUST in this business.
